1. What this is
Neratama Marketplace is a classifieds platform: it lets registered users post items for sale and contact each other to negotiate and complete a deal directly. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers — we don't hold funds, verify item condition, or guarantee delivery.
2. Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of your listings and profile, and for keeping your password confidential. One account per person. Accounts used for spam, scams, or abusive behavior toward other users may be suspended without notice.
3. Listings
You may only list items you legitimately own or are authorized to sell. Listings must be accurate — misleading titles, prices, or photos are not allowed. Prohibited categories include illegal goods, weapons, counterfeit items, and anything that violates applicable law. Listings are shown as posted and are not reviewed before publishing; we rely on user reports to catch problems after the fact.
4. Transactions & safety
All negotiation, payment, and delivery happens directly between buyer and seller, outside this platform. Meet in safe public places for in-person exchanges, verify an item before paying, and never send payment for something you haven't seen or confirmed. We are not responsible for losses arising from a transaction between users.
5. Reporting problems
If a listing or user violates these terms, use the "Report" button on the listing. Our team reviews reports and may remove listings or suspend accounts as a result.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the update.
